Clinic Policies

Age Restrictions
We do not treat children or young adults under the age of 18. For the safety of our clients and their families, children are not allowed in our treatment rooms.

Prebooked Appointments Only
All clients are seen by pre-booked appointments only. New clients will have a consultation and assessment before treatments.

Consultations
Consultations are recommended prior to any treatment bookings. This allows us to assess your skin and tailor the best treatment plan for you.

Patch Tests
Patch tests are required prior to all Laser & IPL treatments. This helps determine the treatment parameters and assess how your skin may react to a full session.

Deposits & Booking Policy

• A £50 deposit is required at the time of booking a consultation or treatment. Deposits are redeemed against the cost of your treatment.
• If, following the consultation, the treatment is deemed unsuitable by either the client or practitioner, the deposit will be refunded.
• Deposits are non-refundable if a client fails to attend or provides less than 48 hours’ notice of cancellation.
• We value your time and ours, so early notifications are greatly appreciated to avoid disappointment.

Treatment Planning & Recovery
Please allow adequate time for recovery and best results before special events, as many treatments involve some degree of ‘downtime.’ You will receive a recommended treatment plan along with lifestyle and skincare advice to achieve the best results.

Treatment Courses & Special Packages

• Treatment courses are non-refundable once purchased.
• Special packages or discounts are subject to terms and conditions.
• No refunds are given on any treatments. Prices are subject to change at the owner’s discretion.
