Please read our salon policies before booking an appointment with us, this will ensure you understand how we work to avoid any confusion when visiting us.

Consultations

At Revive Skin and Laser Centre Consultations are Free of Charge and include mandatory patch tests prior to all Laser & IPL treatments.

Appointment Cancelation Policy

Our business operates on a scheduled appointment basis. When cancelling an appointment, we require all customers to provide minimum 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled time (or 48hrs on the weekends or bank holidays) otherwise, a fee will be applicable. In the event you do not show up to your appointment, you will lose the deposit paid to secure the appointment and you will be required to give a deposit for your next booking.

Treatment Security Booking Deposits

A deposit will be taken at the time of treatment booking and will be applied in full to the balance of your payment. We require £25 deposits for treatments that are up to 1 hour long, and £50 prior to treatments that are over 1hour long. Deposits are redeemable against the last treatment.
Deposits will be deducted from the overall price once the service has been carried out. Deposits are fully refundable/transferable if 24 hours’ notice is given for any cancellations.

Late Arrivals

We hope you will understand that is you are more then 15mins late for your appointment, we will have to reduce the time or your treatment or may need to reschedule your appointment. We have chosen those guidelines to make sure that we provide best care and experience to all our clients giving them time.

Payments

Treatment costs is discussed, and often tailored to each client needs at the time of consultation. We accept cash, Visa, Master Card (most cards incl. American Express), bank transfers and PayPal.
Gift Vouchers
Any Gift Vouchers bought at Revive Skin and Laser Centre must be used within 1 year of date received.

Personal Belongings

The company will not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage to any personal belongings that you bring to the salon with you.
While Revive team will always endeavour to keep your personal belongings safe and undamaged we cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage of your personal possessions while on the prem-ises.
