HOW DOES IT WORK?

DermaFrac uses a roller which contains 180 super fine needles to stimulate collagen production and cell renewal, helping to plump, firm and smooth the skin. As the roller creates the micro-channels in your skin, the DermaFrac system simultaneously enables the infusion of a potent serum to boost the impact of the needling treatment This is a no downtime treatment which can be done through the whole year. Dermafrac offers an alternative to fractional laser skin resurfacing without the risk of complications.

What makes Dermafrac™ UNIQUE?

The Dermafrac precision-controlled hand piece includes an insertable cartridge for delivery of a patient specific infusion serum. Micro-needles create pathways for introducing the infusion serum into the skin at the most beneficial depth for the natural rejuvenating process. As the Dermafrac rolls across the skin, it releases the infusion solutions from the cartridge into the tissue layers. The patient specific serums include anti-ageing peptides, skin lighteners, hyaluronic acid moisturisers and skin clarifying treatments. Dermafrac offers both patient satisfaction and no down time. Most patients see an improvement in skin and textual changes within a few days of the initial treatment, and they will see the best improvement after a series of treatments.

Choice of topical serums to rejuvenate the skin:

Optimum Safety and Comfort

The engineering of the Dermafrac needles creates channels just below the dermal-epidermal junction and above capillaries and nerve endings. This feature ensures no bleeding and no pain and requires no anaesthesia. The Dermafrac hand piece rolls across the skin and the device’s vacuum-assisted occlusion places the skin under tension while hundreds of micro-needles penetrate through the epidermis and into the papillary layer of the dermis. The vacuum permits even penetration to the full depth of the needle. The depth of the needle ranges from 0,25mm – 0,5mm. More importantly, it assists the needle tip to penetrate uniformly to maximize delivery of the topical infusion solutions into the papillary dermis.
